Boma Simeon Anga, CEO E-Speed Limited.
Brief Bio
Mr Boma Simeon Anga, has twenty eight years experience in Agribusiness Management and Export of Agricultural Commodities. He is a Chartered Marketer with The Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He obtained a post graduate Diploma in Agribusiness and Export Management from the Galilee College, Israel. He studied Corporate Board leadership with the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) is a business school in South Africa and an affiliate of the University of Pretoria. He studied Africa Business Leadership with the University of Witwatersrand – Wits Business School (WBS). Mr Anga studied Computer Modeling For Feasibility Analysis (COMFAR) at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization UNIDO in Austria. He holds both the Basic and Advanced Certificates in COMFAR. Currently he pursuing a Masters in Business Administration in Digital Marketing With the University of Cumbria UK and Robert Kennedy College in Switzerland. Mr Anga, is the National President, National Cassava Exporters Association of Nigeria (NACEAN). He sits on several Corporate Boards as a Director or Chairman. Mr Boma Simeon Anga, is also a Nationa Director of the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International. He Married with grow up children.

Mrs Grace Olowofoyeku,

Mrs. Grace Olowofoyeku, formerly known as Mrs. Grace Enenmoh, is a distinguished business leader and lawyer hailing from Edo State, Nigeria. She holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos and is an alumna of the Lagos Campus of the Nigerian Law School. With a career spanning over 35 years, she has made significant contributions to the oil and gas industry, particularly in the downstream sector. Mrs. Olowofoyeku’s journey in this sector began in 2005 when she unexpectedly had to assume leadership of Ascon Oil Company Limited.

Guiding the company through remarkable growth, Mrs. Olowofoyeku expanded its retail outlets from 11 to an impressive 57 by 2019. Beyond her role in the oil and gas industry, she showcased entrepreneurial acumen by diversifying into real estate and farming, owning cassava plantations and engaging in the production of garri, yam, rice, and other agricultural commodities. Mrs. Olowofoyeku has been actively involved in diverse charitable endeavors. From actively participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives, including support for the NNPC/PPMC Mosimi depot and flood control initiatives in Lagos State, to nurturing youth footballers in Asaba, Delta State, her philanthropic reach extends further. Notably, she has played a pivotal role in sponsoring children for education, ensuring their academic journey from the initial stages to at least a university degree.

Throughout her tenure in Ascon Oil, Mrs. Olowofoyeku oversaw strategic expansions, including the acquisition of sea-going vessels, the establishment of bulk storage terminals, and the continuous growth of the company’s retail network. Mrs. Olowofoyeku exemplifies remarkable adaptability, a relentless pursuit of knowledge, and unwavering diligence.

As a lawyer navigating the intricacies of technical industries, she demonstrates efficiency, quick learning, and adept management of diverse business aspects. Her leadership philosophy centers around focus and perseverance, essential qualities for navigating and overcoming challenges. Olowofoyeku, Esq., LL.B (Hons), BL (Abuja), CIArb (UK), is the principal partner of Interprime Law Practice. Oladisun Olowofoyeku obtained his LL.B from the University of Lagos and attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja campus. He has acquired substantial expertise in Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, and Corporate Compliance. The synergy of an exceptional command of language, charismatic presence, unwavering integrity, and consistent performance has enabled Oladisun to establish a track record of excellent results.

Mrs. Joseph holds first degree in Accounting (B.Sc) and Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA)  from Bayero University Kano (BUK) in 1998 and 2008 respectively.

Joan is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria – ICAN; and a Certified National Accountant (CNA) with Association of National Accountants of Nigeria -ANAN

Joan N. Joseph has worked with many organizations both in the private and in public sectors at different capacities, hence; she has over fifteen (15) years post NYSC progressive experiences acquired in office administrations, finance, accounting and auditing.
She is a top-performing finance and audit manager with experience in planning, implementing and documenting internal and external audits; directing all accounting and minimizing financial risk, by creating robust control measures that comply with global accounting and auditing standards.

She demonstrates strong ability to execute income and expenditure audits for diverse clients, spearheading budget and budgetary control, tax and payroll management. Proven competencies in strategic financial planning, operations management, stakeholder management, cost control, financial reports and projects management.  Improving operations, impacting business growth and maximizing profits through valuable contributions to financial management, cost reductions and high productivity managements.

Joan has an outstanding ability to develop and update accounting, finance and management procedures and policies in accordance with international best practice.
